CrossFit Teens at CrossFit Adept
Our CrossFit Teens program is designed for 13-18 year old athletes looking to develop a competitive edge in their sport through weight training and metabolic conditioning. This program can also be for non-athletes looking to develop a positive definition of fitness and find a passion for exercise.
In our program, teens will properly learn and train age-appropriate foundational functional movements that will help develop strength, speed, power, agility, stamina, endurance, flexibility, coordination, balance and accuracy.
Our program is limited to 12 teens each Fall, Winter and Spring Sessions (6 teens on Mondays and Wednesdays; 6 teens on Tuesdays and Thursdays) and 24 teens each Summer Session (12 teens per morning session and 12 teens per afternoon session), allowing personal focus on each teen through small group training versus a large group setting.
