Crossfit Kids at Crossfit Adept
On top of that, our program will also provide an opportunity to hone life skills such as perseverance, acknowledging personal responsibility, accepting feedback, working with others, following rules and exhibiting etiquette.
Currently our program is gauged for 5-12 year olds and divided into 3 classes. Our youngest group (5-7 year olds) is focused on making fitness fun, our middle group (8-10 year olds) begin learning proper form and functional movement and the oldest kids (11-12 year old) build on functional movement and begin introducing weight training in preparation for our Crossfit Teens class. We also limit each age group to 12 active memberships to maintain controllable class sizes on any given day.
CrossFit Kids Membership are on a month-to-month basis, meaning no long term commitments. We also want to make sure that your child enjoys the program before committing them to a membership, so the first class is free.
Prices are $75 for unlimited classes. First class is free, after that, drop in fee is $20. Class times include:
Ages 5-7: Mondays & Wednesdays at 4pm; Saturdays at 8am
Ages 8-10: Mondays & Wednesdays at 5pm; Saturdays at 9am
Ages 11-12: Mondays & Wednesdays at 6pm; Saturdays at 10am
CrossFit Teens at CrossFit Adept
In our program, teens will properly learn and train age-appropriate foundational functional movements that will help develop strength, speed, power, agility, stamina, endurance, flexibility, coordination, balance and accuracy.
Our program is limited to 12 teens each Fall, Winter and Spring Sessions and 24 teens each Summer Session, allowing personal focus on each teen through small group training versus a large group setting.

1:1 Personal Training
Work out with Nick in the comfort of your own home. Nick will travel to you and build your workouts around space and equipment available. Think you don’t have space or equipment? Let us know and we will work on alternative location options.
Small Group Workout
This is also a great option to pair with once a month in person workouts for additional check-ins.
