Family Workout of the Week

WOW! We know time is of the essence and we have found a great way to get the family together to exercise and form healthy habits while having fun. Check us out every Friday as you head into the weekend for an awesome workout and a great family bonding experience. Tell us your family's favorite exercises and we'll incorporate them into future workouts.

Are you up for the challenge? Choose your option!
Family members can mix and match workout for different skill levels.  Perform 1 round for each family member.  4 family members = 4 rounds.  Good luck!  #havefunandstayfit
Beginner:
  • 24 Push Ups
  • 112 Squats
  • 26 Burpees
Intermediate:
  • 24 Pull Ups or Knee Raises
  • 112 Burpees
  • 26 Jumping Lunges (each leg)
Advanced:
  • 24 Bear Crawls (24 yards)
  • 112 Burpee Pull Ups
  • 26 Hand Stand Push Ups/Hand Release Push Ups
