Family Workout of the Week

WOW! We know time is of the essence and we have found a great way to get the family together to exercise and form healthy habits while having fun. Check us out every Friday as you head into the weekend for an awesome workout and a great family bonding experience. Tell us your family's favorite exercises and we'll incorporate them into future workouts.

Climb the ladder supersets.
6 exercises, 180 reps.
Perform each superset before moving onto the next. 
​(Example: 2 of each exercise, then 4 of each exercise and so on...)  
Ladder sequence is: 2/4/6/8/10
  • Push Ups
  • Sit Ups
  • Squats
  • Lunges (each leg is 1 lunge)
  • Kettlebell Swings
  • Burpees
If you do not have a kettlebell, substitute a weight plate, dumbbell or back pack with a few books in it.
