Family Workout of the Week

WOW! We know time is of the essence and we have found a great way to get the family together to exercise and form healthy habits while having fun. Check us out every Friday as you head into the weekend for an awesome workout and a great family bonding experience. Tell us your family's favorite exercises and we'll incorporate them into future workouts.

We understand that it is hard to find the time to work out some days which is why we love helping families find ways to incorporate fitness into family life.  Fitness should not be a chore.  It should be enjoyable and doing it with people you love should makes it even better.  I loved working out with my dad, and that really got me into exercise. 
​Here is a routine to try with your family.  Give  this circuit a shot 3 times this week with the family.
20 push-ups
20 squats
20 sit ups
1 minute plank hold for time
*Repeat the entire circuit 5 times through followed by a family run (do whatever works for your family, walk, skip, etc.  we all have to start somewhere).  Whether it is 1 block or 1 mile.  Just get moving and enjoy staying fit and active together.
