Family Workout of the Week

WOW! We know time is of the essence and we have found a great way to get the family together to exercise and form healthy habits while having fun. Check us out every Friday as you head into the weekend for an awesome workout and a great family bonding experience. Tell us your family's favorite exercises and we'll incorporate them into future workouts.

Trick or Treat?
Nick is such a fan of Halloween that he created two workouts this week!

WOW #1:
Run or walk 1 mile as a family
Then carve your pumpkins and save ALL of your seeds for roasting.
For each seed perform 1 push up and 1 squat
For example: 50 seeds = 50 push ups and 50 squats

WOW #2
Perform the following exercises for each piece of candy that is eaten this week:
  • Snickers = 30 jumping jacks
  • Butterfinger = 15 push ups
  • Peanut Butter Cup = Run 400 meters
  • Sour Patch Kids = 10 Burpees
  • Swedish Fish = 2 30 second plank holds
  • Hershey's Chocolate Bar = 30 lunges
  • Nestle Crunch Bar = 20 Mountain Climbers
  • Twix = 30 Sit Ups
  • Baby Ruth = 15 Squats
  • Gum = 1 minute of skaters
  • Licorice = Jump Rope for 1 Minute
  • Milky Way = 1 Minute of Reverse Crunches
