Family Workout of the Week

WOW! We know time is of the essence and we have found a great way to get the family together to exercise and form healthy habits while having fun. Check us out every Friday as you head into the weekend for an awesome workout and a great family bonding experience. Tell us your family's favorite exercises and we'll incorporate them into future workouts.

Block Relay Race
Each family member takes a place at a different corner on your block (or multiple blocks depending on the size of your family).  
Starting family member runs (sprints) to the next corner/family member tags them who runs (sprints) to the next family member.  
Continue this for 15 minutes.  Rest when you aren't running so you can really give it your all when your turn comes back around!

Once 15 minutes is up come together as a family and perform 15 burpees at the end of the 15 minutes.
